Allergies-Mary Mary How (Technical)
That's right. The second line used to read "How does your GARDEN grow?" A more appropriate question is becoming: "How does your ALLERGY grow?". According to information released in December, 1999 by the American College of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology, the number of people suffering from allergies has grown from 12 to 38 percent in a thirty year period. According to Thomas Ogren who has spent the last 11 years studying allergies, allergic asthma has now become the number one chronic childhood disease in America.

Just Thinking About Headaches is Depressing
Talk about a downward spiral! Most people would agree that being in pain is upsetting. One type of pain, in particular, creates a mental felling of helplessness. That pain is headache pain. It's terribly difficult to determine which comes first, the headache or the distress. What's certain is, once the headache starts, the distress is sure to follow. This added stress frequently increases the pain that increases the stress, thus creating a vicious downward spiral, when your head hurts, it's hard just to think straight. Headaches that are frequent or last for days, sometimes with no relief, easily cause depression.

Scientist Found About Back Pain
In the last 20 years, the interest the scientific community has in chiropractic has increased as more and more people have chosen chiropractic care to improve their health. According to an extensive research paper entitled, "Chiropractic in the United States, Training, Practice, and Research" compiled using a grant from the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR); patient satisfaction is bringing people to chiropractic care. The AHCPR investigators realized that as soon as research got underway, studies immediately began to document the major roll chiropractic plays in the care of people with back and neck problems. These studies document high levels of patient satisfaction. Others show that satisfaction in chiropractic for back care is much higher in some aspects than satisfaction in conventional medical treatments.

Headaches-The Majority Suffers
If you are a headache sufferer, chances are that the next eight out of nine people you pass on the street are also headache sufferers. Many surveys conclude that nine out of ten people suffer at least occasional headaches. Other surveys indicate that 70% of humans suffer from some type of headache, driving over 50 million Americans to doctors each and every year.
