Insurance Plans: We are Preferred or Participating Providers for many insurance plans including (but not limited to) Regence Blue Shield, Premera Blue Cross, HMA, Uniform Medical Plan, Alternare, Medicare, Automotive PIP plans (for Car Accident Injuries), Labor & Industries (for On-the-Job Injuries), just to name a few. We have attempted to participate in all health care plans, however not all plans have open networks at this time. If we're not in a plan it is because that plan was closed to this region or the plan set excessive limits on how we can properly care for our patients. In cases such as this we have developed our "Wellness Care Plan".
The "Wellness Care Plan" is for patients who have no chiropractic benefits through health insurance, or inadequate coverage to meet their chiropractic health care needs. We have designed this to make Chiropractic Care more affordable for individuals and families. You may inquire about the "Wellness Care Plan" with our friendly and knowlegible office staff.
How to make an appointment: Call us at 425/334-5066 anytime during our regular business hours to schedule your first appointment. Your first appointment typically takes about an hour, so allow yourself plenty of time. The latest new patient appointment is 5:00 p.m. so please make arrangements as needed in your schedule. Try to arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to thoroughly complete our new patient health questionnaires. Following your first visit appointments may be scheduled at any time during our adjusting hours.
